Create your own healthy snack in 15 minutes: chia pudding!
It’s time to say goodbye to apples. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, but how about creating your own sophisticated snack to liven up a dull Monday afternoon? You’ll need half a cup of chia seeds and toasted almonds, a handful of fruits of the forest, a little almond drink, a dash of agave nectar and a Greek yogurt. Simply mix all the ingredients together and pop in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.
You can also add your favourite toppings: dark chocolate shavings, basil leaves, pomegranate seeds or sliced strawberries. Lovely!
