BACON AND ROQUEFORT PIZZA
* 400gr flour
* 30gr fresh yeast
* 250ml of water
* 7 spoonfuls of Borges extra virgin olive oil
* 200gr bacon
* 100gr roquefort cheese
* Tomato sauce
* 100gr grated Emmental cheese
Step by StepIn a bowl, put the flour and the salt. Melt the yeast in hot water. When the water is warm, add the flour and mix it with olive oil until you have thick dough. Cover with a tea towel and set aside fro 60 minutes.
Cut the bacon into strips, mix it with grated Emmentaland Roquefort cheese. When the dough is ready, heat oven to 250º. Roll out the dough into a large round using a rolling pin. Place the pizza on a baking tray and spread tomato sauce on top. Scatter with the bacon and cheese mix. Lower the oven temperature to 210ªC and bake for 15-20 minutes.
