CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH CASHEW NUTS
* 4 chicken legs
* Red pepper
* Borges Fried Corn Nuts
* Cashew Nuts
* 2 spoonfuls of Soya sauce
* 2 spoonful of tomato sauce
* 1 spoonful of flour
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step by StepBone the chicken legs and cut into very small pieces together with the pepper, the onion, the mushrooms and the garlic. Lightly fry all the ingredients.
While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the sauce: Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a glass, mix them and add water to fill the glass. When the chicken and vegetables are ready, pour the sauce in slowly, add the cashew nuts and boil everything together for 5 minutes.
It can be served with basmati rice or noodles.
Serve the lamb leg cut in slices (it is very tender), put some toasted pine nuts, onion and raisins…
