Chicken with soya sauce and apple cider vinegar
* 4 chicken thighs or breasts
* 300 ml Borges apple cider vinegar
* 300 ml light soya sauce
* A piece of ginger
* 4 cloves of garlic
* Thyme, bay leaf and salt to taste
* A pinch of chilli powder (optional)
Step by StepMix all the sauces and condiments together in a bowl and marinate the meat for half a day.
There are two cooking options: you can either cook the chicken and sauce together in a frying pan or roast the chicken in the oven (without the sauce) and warm up the sauce separately to serve on the side.
