CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES AND ALMONDS
* 4 chicken breasts
* 1 red pepper
* 1 green pepper
* 1 bag Borges Almonds
* 2 spring onions
* Borges Mild Olive Oil
Step by StepDice the chicken breasts and peppers. Cut the onion into thick wedges.
Toss the almonds in pan with hot olive oil. When they are brown, add the chicken, which has been previously seasoned. When the chicken is golden, add the vegetables and cook only for a short time because this recipe calls for crunchy, almost raw vegetables.
