Ingredients
* 400gr spinach, fresh or frozen
* Flour
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Milk
* Salt
* Borges Pine Nuts

- * Scatter some grated cheese over the spinach and bake them.

Step by Step
Boil the spinach. Prepare a béchamel sauce with flour, olive oil and milk. Mix the boiled spinach with the béchamel sauce in the frying pan and add some pine nuts.
