Homemade granola

Ingredients
130 g jumbo rolled oats
170 g buckwheat groats
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g sunflower seeds
60 g Borges shelled California walnuts
60 g Borges Pizarro almonds
2 tsp ground cinnamon
5 tbsp Borges extra-virgin olive oil
150 g maple syrup
90 g Borges seedless raisins
5 tbsp grated coconut

Step by Step
Mix together the cereal, seeds and nuts. Add the cinnamon, followed by the olive oil and maple syrup. Stir well to bind all the ingredients together.Spread the mixture out evenly onto a large baking tray. Bake at 135 ºC for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. The granola is cooked when it’s golden and crunchy.
Take out of the oven, add the raisins and grated coconut and stir again. Leave to cool before transferring to an airtight or metal container.
Pour a glass of hazelnut, walnut or almond drink on top for the perfect combination of flavours.
