An original Caprese salad

Ingredients
* 400 g mozzarella
* 4 medium tomatoes
* 50 g basil leaves
* 50 g chopped walnuts
* A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
* Pinch of salt

Step by Step
Wash the tomatoes, then dry and slice them into semicircles. Slice the mozzarella.Arrange the slices in a line on a tray, alternating the tomato and the mozzarella. Wash, dry and tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top.
Finally, a drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil, and you got it!
