The original Greek salad
* 1 red tomato with plenty of flavour
* 1 green tomato
* 8 cherry tomatoes
* 1 spring onion
* 1 cucumber
* 100 g (3½ oz) feta cheese
* 100 g (3½ oz) black olives
* Olive oil
Step by StepDice the tomatoes and put into a salad bowl. Peel the cucumber and cut into half-moon slices, removing any seeds. Mix together with the tomatoes.
Peel and chop the onion into slices. Crush the black olives with the olive oil. Add the feta cheese to the salad bowl.
Drizzle a few lines of the black-olive dressing on top.
