* 1/2 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
* Borges Shelled Pine Nuts
* 3 sprigs of basil
* 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step by StepPut into a food processor the garlic with some basil leaves, salt and pine nuts and process. When the mixture reaches a purée texture, add half of the parmesan cheese. Stir gently slowly adding the olive oil in constant stream until reaching a creamy sauce.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions in the pack.
