PISTACHIO AND ORANGE SALAD
* 200gr assorted lettuce
* Table oranges, sliced
* 50gr Borges pistachios
For the sauce:
* 3 spoonfuls of orange juice
* 1 spoonful of lemon juice
* 1 spoonful of honey
* 2 spoonfuls of Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- * Serve it on a white dish.
Step by StepWash the lettuce leaves and cover the base of the dish with them. Place orange slices surrounding the lettuce. Take the shell of the pistachios and crush them into rather big pieces. Chop the rest of the orange slices into square pieces, mix them with the pistachios and pour them in the centre of the dish over the lettuce. Drizzle with the sauce (*) and serve.
(*) Toss in a bowl all the salad ingredients and mix using a whisk.
