RABBIT WITH ONION

* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step by StepPut some olive oil in a saucepan and fry a slice of sobrassada without skin. Wash the rabbit, cut it into pieces and put it in the saucepan. Add salt and pepper.
Cut onions lengthwise and sauté them until they are golden. Add the onions to the rabbit in the saucepan. Lower the heat and add a glass of water, a bay leave, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat.
Serve the lamb leg cut in slices (it is very tender), put some toasted pine nuts, onion and raisins…
