RICE WITH PINEAPPLE, PRAWNS AND RAISINS
* 300gr rice
* 1 small can of pineapple in juice
* 100gr prawns, peeled
* 1 packet of Borges Raisins
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Borges Red Wine Vinegar
Step by StepBoil the rice and let it cool down. Sauté the prawns in a frying pan. In a bowl, put the rice and add the prawns, chopped pineapple and raisins. Season it with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Catalan people usually have this dish for Lent.
