Ingredients
* 100 ml single cream
* 150 g dark cooking chocolate (60% minimum cocoa solids)
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 baguette
* Salt flakes
* A dash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
* 60 g chopped almonds

Step by Step
Take the butter out of the fridge and break the chocolate into small pieces. Warm the cream over a low heat. When it comes to the boil, drop the heat down to minimum, add the chocolate and slowly melt in a bain-marie, stirring all the while. When you’ve got a smooth paste, add the butter and keep stirring. Take off the heat, pour into a tray and leave to cool in the fridge.Cut the baguette into slices about 1 cm thick and toast. Drizzle with a little extra-virgin olive oil and add a scoop of chocolate.
