STRAWBERRY AND WALNUT SALAD
* 1 spring onion
* Mixed salad leaves
* Sweet corn
* Cooking cream
* Borges Walnuts
* 1 yoghourt, plain

Step by StepPour the yoghourt in a colander and put in the fridge until it loses all its water. Chop the onion in julienne and mix it with the cream in a bowl. Place some mixed leaves on a tray. Cut the strawberries in slices and distribute them over the salad together with the sweet corn. Add the yoghourt in the bowl with the cream and onion and mix to get a sauce. Pour some of this sauce over the strawberries and salad. Finally, season and toss in some shelled walnuts.
