With just a few Mexican tortillas, a few slices of smoked salmon, cream cheese and a handful of crushed nuts… give the little ones in the house this original and healthy sushi for kids!

Ingredients

  • 4 Mexican tortillas
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • A handful of chopped walnuts

Pizarro Unshelled Walnuts

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Lay the tortilla out on a chopping board. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the tortilla, taking care not to spread it all the way to the edge.

  2. Step 2

    Add the salmon and top off with a few chopped walnuts.

  3. Step 3

    Carefully roll up the tortilla to form a cylinder and then chop it into rounds about 1 cm thick, like a maki roll. Et voilà, delicious homemade sushi for kids!
