Borges - Artichoke chips

Crispy and tasty! Kids love these chips and they are also great for grownups to serve with meat, fish and eggs. Peel off the outer leaves, cut off the stem and ends and chop into thin slices. Fry in very hot extra-virgin olive oil for a few seconds and you are good to go.
