Easy and tasty cold pasta salad

Ingredients
* 350 g penne rigate
* 4 radishes
* 100 g feta cheese
* 150 g black olives
* 2 ripe tomatoes
* 50 g rocket
* A dash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
For the vinaigrette:
* 150 ml of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
* ½ lemon
* ½ teaspoonful of mustard
* A pinch of oregano

Step by Step
Boil the pasta in salted water following the indications on the packet. Drizzle with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil and leave to cool.Add the rocket, olives, cubed feta cheese and sliced radishes and tomatoes.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and oregano in a cup. Stir well and pour the vinaigrette over the salad. Add some salt and toss the pasta salad well to mix all the ingredients together.
