SALMON WITH GRAPEFRUIT, WALNUTS AND PEPPERS.
* 2 salmon loins
* 1 green pepper
* 1 red pepper
* 1 yellow pepper
* 1 pink grapefruit
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 80gr Borges Walnuts
Paso a pasoSeason the salmon loins with salt and pepper and spread them with olive oil. Lightly fry the loins in a frying pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Wash and finely chop the peppers. Peel and slice the grapefruit saving all the juice.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers lightly until they are soft. Add the grapefruit, the walnuts and sauté. Finally add the juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve together with the salmon loins.
