Summer salad

Ingredients
* 130 g mixed lettuce
* 60 g Borges walnuts
* Handful of Borges black olives
* 4 radishes
* 100 g feta cheese
* ½ spring onion
* 80 ml Boregs extra-virgin olive oil
* A little lime juice
* 1 soupspoonful of Borges white wine vinegar

Step by Step
Put the mixed lettuce, half the walnuts, the olives, the crumbled feta cheese and the sliced radishes and spring onion in a bowl.To make the vinaigrette, crush the remaining walnuts and mix with the extra-virgin olive oil, lime juice and white wine vinegar. Add salt if necessary and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.
