Vegan mashed potatoes (lactose free)

Ingredients
* 1 kg of potatoes
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 2 l of Water
* Salt
* Black pepper
* 150 ml Borges Natura walnut drink

Step by Step
Cook the peeled potatoes in boiling water with salt and two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When cooked, transfer the potatoes to a bowl with a little of the cooking water and crush them with a fork. Add the walnut drink until the puree is thick.If necessary, rectify with water until the desired thickness is reached. Grind salt and pepper to taste. Dress with a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil when serving.
